Holly Dary is the Founder of Tarvos Talent and a leader in accounting and finance recruiting with more than 25 years of experience building high-performing teams and delivering talent solutions to growing organizations.

Holly began her career in accounting at a regional CPA firm in Madison, Wisconsin, working across both audit and tax before transitioning into corporate accounting. She later advanced to Accounting Systems Administrator, gaining experience in the biotech and space and defense industries. Her accounting background provides a strong foundation for her work partnering with finance leaders and organizations.

She transitioned into specialized staffing and recruiting, where she built and led teams focused on accounting, finance, administrative, and IT talent. Throughout her career, Holly has worked across eight markets across the United States, consistently driving growth and earning recognition as a top leader and performer. Today, she leads Tarvos Talent and continues to help companies identify and hire exceptional finance and accounting professionals across Texas and beyond.

Holly is a Wisconsin native and graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She and her husband have three children and enjoy traveling and hosting family gatherings. As a leukemia survivor, she is passionate about supporting Blood Cancer United, where she previously served on the Board of Trustees for the Austin Chapter and as Board Chair.
