Procurement Specialist
Location: Neenah, WI
Compensation: $30–36/hr | $62–75K upon conversion
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Work Environment: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote), business casual

Overview

A well-established organization is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support sourcing, contract management, and vendor renewal activities within a fast-paced corporate environment. This role will partner closely with internal stakeholders to manage purchase orders, software renewals, contract reviews, and procurement processes while ensuring accurate documentation and strong vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle for assigned vendor categories including renewals, negotiations, and amendments 
• Review, redline, and negotiate commercial contract terms including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and SaaS agreements
• Execute RFP, RFQ, and RFI sourcing events and three-bid quote processes
• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders and resolve PO, invoice, and receipt discrepancies
• Conduct vendor onboarding, due diligence, and monitor vendor performance against SLAs

Requirements

• 2–4 years of indirect purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or contract administration experience
• Demonstrated experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contract terms
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
