Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM | Friday, 7:00 AM–12:00 PM
Work Environment: 100% Onsite | Business Casual

Overview

A growing subcontractor is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support daily purchasing, inventory tracking, and data entry efforts to ensure materials are available for service teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders, order materials, and track order status within the ERP system.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, assist with cycle counts, and help resolve discrepancies.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and order issues.
  • Perform data entry and support documentation, billing, and reporting tasks.
  • Assist with returns, material coordination, and general operational support.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of construction industry experience.
  • Experience in purchasing, inventory, or administrative support.
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
  • Comfortable working in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and solid technology aptitude.
