As the Director of Operations, Planning & Analysis, you’ll oversee a large portfolio of enterprise-wide initiatives while leading a team of managers, analysts, and project professionals supporting more than 200 active and pipeline projects across the bank. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on operational leadership, requiring someone who can effectively manage priorities, drive accountability, and partner closely with senior leadership to ensure projects remain aligned with organizational goals. You’ll also play a key role in strengthening project governance, optimizing operational processes, and elevating overall team performance.

The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of progressive experience in project management, portfolio management, operations planning, or business analysis, along with proven success leading multi-level teams. Candidates should possess strong executive communication skills, a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to confidently navigate complex, fast-moving environments. Banking or financial services experience is highly preferred, while PMP certification and experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies would be beneficial for success in this role.
