Job Title: Accounts Payable Manager
Pay: $40-60/hour (40 hours/week + OT eligible, based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of high-volume invoices.
• Review and approve invoice coding, purchase order matching (2-way and 3-way), and payment batches.
• Ensure timely processing of ACH, wire, check, and virtual card payments.
• Monitor AP aging and resolve invoice discrepancies, vendor inquiries, and payment issues.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate outstanding balances or discrepancies.
• Lead month-end and year-end AP close activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.
