Project Lead — Contract-to-Hire

Location: Mequon, WI — 100% Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm (30-minute lunch)
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $35–$38/hour during contract period
Permanent Salary: $75,000–$80,000
Start Date: ASAP

Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Lead to join a growing team in Mequon. This role will coordinate 6–10 projects at a time, overseeing planning, scheduling, costs, materials, and project timelines from start to finish. The Project Lead will work closely with customers, contractors, subcontractors, unions, field operations, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from start to completion
• Develop project schedules, plans, and milestones
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Monitor project costs, timelines, materials, and overall progress
• Coordinate procurement and resolve project issues
• Communicate project updates, changes, and requirements
• Maintain accurate project documentation
• Ensure quality, safety, budget, and schedule expectations are met

Requirements

• Project management experience required
• Construction or manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Experience working with contractors, subcontractors, unions, or field operations
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and time-management skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills
