Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of B2B collection accounts
• Conduct phone/email outreach and follow-up
• Handle new accounts and complete initial outreach daily
• Self-manage account queue, routing and follow-up
• Maintain client/debtor relationships
• Progress into higher-balance/more complex accounts over time

Requirements: 

• B2B collections experience preferred
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Self-directed and organized
• Able to manage a portfolio independently
• Strong customer service or sales backgrounds may also be considered

• No formal call minimums — focus is on collecting money and effectively managing accounts
