Schedule

Required Schedule: Saturday through Wednesday
Days Off: Thursday & Friday

Candidates must be comfortable working this schedule, including occasional weekend responsibilities and participation in an on-call rotation.

About the Role

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for producers, customers, and transportation partners. This position is responsible for coordinating shipments, managing logistics documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring deliveries are completed efficiently and on schedule.

The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, supply chain operations, transportation coordination, or customer-facing operations and thrive in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving and communication are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily logistics activities between producers, customers, and haulers
  • Schedule and communicate transportation pickup and delivery requirements
  • Maintain accurate production, shipment, and receiving records
  • Monitor shipments and resolve transportation or delivery issues
  • Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
  • Research and resolve discrepancies between suppliers and customers
  • Generate month-end logistics and operational reports
  • Manage inventory and supply distribution activities
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within logistics operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Supply chain, logistics, transportation, or operations experience required
  • Experience working directly with customers, suppliers, vendors, or carriers
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage changing demands
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree preferred
  • Experience within dairy, agriculture, food production, manufacturing, distribution, or transportation environments preferred

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be comfortable working a Saturday-Wednesday schedule with Thursday and Friday off
