I am looking to hire a full-time Process Engineering Manager for reputable manufacturing company here in Butler, WI (53007). This role will be permanent with benefits and is looking to interview/start immediately!

Pay: $130,000 – $150,000 salary & Benefits
Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401k, Tuition, PTO, Holidays, etc.
Schedule: 1^st shift, M-F (8 hour shifts, 7am – 3:30pm)
Remote: No, 100% onsite

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and manage the process engineering staff
• Through deployment of scientific molding principles, develop processes, work instructions, and techniques supporting Installation, Operational and Performance Qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ) and robust manufacture of specific products.
• Ensure process development, validation, and documentation activities comply with ISO 13485 and regulatory/customer requirements where applicable.
• Lead process qualification
• Compile engineering and design.
• Calculate data to develop cost estimates and quotations 
• Prepare and validate data for electronic processing
• Develop processes and production standards
• Provide cross-functional technical support
