Entry Level Accounting Opportunity

This role provides valuable exposure to Accounts Receivable functions, cash management processes, reporting, and administrative operations. You'll work closely with experienced accounting professionals who can help you develop your skills and grow your career.

What You'll Do

• Review and audit daily cash reports submitted by branch locations
• Process and finalize cash reporting information within company systems
• Assist the Accounts Receivable team with various accounting-related projects
• Support administrative functions as needed, including providing occasional backup for incoming calls
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data accuracy

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts or a desire to learn
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Comfortable working with numbers and data
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• 10-key experience is a plus
