I am looking to hire a full-time AP/AR Specialist for reputable manufacturing company here in Franksville, WI (53126). This role will be permanent with benefits and is looking to interview/start immediately.

Pay: $70k – $80k (based on experience) & Benefits
Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401k, Tuition, PTO, Holidays, etc.
Bonus: 5% (based on company and individual performance)
Schedule: 1^st shift, M-F
Remote:  Yes, 1-day remote on Friday

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post recurring and accrual journal entries
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
• Process cash applications and maintain accurate AR records
• Follow up on outstanding customer balances and assist with collections
• Prepare and submit monthly construction draw applications to clients
• Maintain accurate financial records and support documentation
• Assist with audit requests and other accounting projects
