Job Title: AR/Billing Specialist
Pay: $50,000–$60,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Review billing documentation, contracts, purchase orders, and supporting records to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, pricing issues, invoice disputes, and customer inquiries.
• Process billing adjustments, credit memos, debit memos, and approved account corrections.
• Maintain customer billing records and update account information within the ERP/accounting system.
• Reconcile billing transactions and assist with month-end close activities related to revenue and accounts receivable.
• Prepare billing reports, invoice summaries, and account analyses for management review.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or related accounting experience.
• Experience working with ERP or accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume billing environment.
