Business Development Manager
Are you a strategic thinker with a talent for building lasting client relationships and closing complex deals? We have a client looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives, forge strategic partnerships, and deliver innovative logistics solutions to our clients.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, operations, and finance — someone who can translate customer needs into profitable, scalable solutions.
? What You’ll Do
• Negotiate pricing, service terms, and contract conditions with prospective and existing clients to create mutual value
• Develop and submit detailed RFPs and RFQs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company capabilities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and finance teams to structure deals that are client-friendly and financially sound
• Tailor contract language to meet client-specific requirements while protecting company interests and compliance standards
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, e-commerce, and manufacturing sectors
• Present customized warehousing and logistics solutions that address clients’ supply chain challenges
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic planning
• Support new client onboarding and ensure a seamless handoff from sales to operations
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics
? What You Bring
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain
• Proven ability to negotiate complex deals and manage long sales cycles
• Strong understanding of warehousing operations, pricing models, and contract structures
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess profitability and operational feasibility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you can influence stakeholders at every level
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and energized by a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred but not required
