Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee key accounting activities and help maintain accurate financial information.
• Support the continued development and effectiveness of the accounting function.
• Provide guidance to accounting team members while partnering with finance leadership.
• Collaborate with operational teams and provide support as needed, including occasional plant travel.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and accounting systems.
• Experience supporting accounting within a manufacturing setting.
• A collaborative, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively with finance and operational leadership.
