Location: Oconto County, WI (onsite)
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $20–$23/hr
Schedule: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Overview:

Seeking a Customer Service Representative to support increased workload during a busy season and ERP system transition. This role focuses on data entry, order processing, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process customer requests and quotes
• Enter data into multiple systems during ERP transition
• Review and process purchase orders
• Communicate with customers and internal teams
• Support general customer service functions

Requirements:

• Strong data entry skills
• Good communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
