Overview

Growing manufacturing company is seeking a motivated General Accountant / Analyst to join their finance team. This is a newly created role due to company growth and talent expansion. They are looking for someone with strong analytical ability, systems aptitude, and a proactive, curious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support general accounting and financial analysis functions
• Work with ERP systems, reporting, and large data sets
• Assist with reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting
• Analyze trends and support process improvements
• Utilize Excel, Power BI, and ERP tools for reporting and analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field
• Strong Excel and systems skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
• Basic understanding of accounting principles through coursework, internships, or experience
• Self-starter who is curious, coachable, and eager to learn
