Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Assist with journal entries and general ledger activities
• Support account reconciliations and month-end close activities
• Assist with AP/AR functions and financial record maintenance
• Build and maintain financial reports, models, and reporting templates
• Support KPI reporting, variance analysis, and budgeting activities
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities
• Assist with dashboard creation and management reporting
• Support ad hoc analysis and data projects as needed
• Assist with audit support and documentation requests
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required
• Internship or 0–2 years of accounting, finance, or analytical experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and reporting
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Strong ERP and systems aptitude
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Exposure to Power BI, SQL, or data visualization tools preferred
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
