Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Legal Accounts Payable Specialist to join a professional services firm in Dallas. This is a direct hire opportunity offering long term stability with a respected organization.

The primary focus of this role is invoice entry and accounts payable processing. The ideal candidate has prior legal or professional services accounts payable experience and is able to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• High volume invoice entry and accounts payable processing
• Review, code, and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance
• Utilize established accounting and accounts payable systems
• Support a fast paced finance team with daily AP operations
• Communicate with internal departments as needed

Systems Used

• Tabs3 Billing
• PracticeMaster

Qualifications

• Prior accounts payable experience required
• HIgh volume invoice 
• Legal or professional services industry experience required
• Experience with Tabs3 and PracticeMaster strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Immediate availability preferred
