I am looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Technician (nights) for a reputable company here in Mukwonago, WI (53149). This role will be permanent with benefits and is looking to interview/start immediately.

Pay: $35-50/hr + 10% night premium+  Full Benefits
Bonus: Yes, $5k retention bonus

Schedule: 3^rd Shift, M-F or 2-2-3 shift (whichever you prefer)
Remote: No, 100% onsite

Job Responsibilities:

• The position will be responsible for preventative maintenance on all injection molding machines and may include preventative maintenance on auxiliary equipment as well. The position will report to the Maintenance Supervisor.

• Perform a wide variety of repair and construction operations to install, maintain, or modify a wide variety of machinery and auxiliary production equipment under general supervision.
• Diagnose and remedy operating problems; disassemble, inspect, and overhaul injection molding machine components. 
• Fitting and aligning precision mechanisms, drives, bearings, etc. Layout and install molding machines, equipment, etc.
• Routine repair projects are performed under general supervision such as rebuilding injection molding presses, etc.

 
Required Qualifications

• Injection Molding Experience
• Familiarity with hydraulics, heat, and electrical controls
