I am looking to hire a full-time Senior Staff Accountant for a reputable manufacturing company here in Menomonee Falls, WI (53051). This role will be permanent and is looking to interview/start immediately.

Pay: $90,000 + $100,000 + Benefits
Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401k, Tuition, PTO, Holidays, etc.
Schedule: M-F, 8am – 5pm (flexible)
Remote: No, 100% onsite

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries
• Reconciling general ledger accounts
• Job costing, including reviewing job costs, labor hours, material usage, overhead allocation, and job profitability
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
• Support AP, AR, and payroll
• Compliance with company policies
• Assist with audits

Qualifications:

• Associates/Bachelors Degree
• 3-5 years of accounting experience
• Manufacturing experience
