She also advances innovation across the firm by leading AI and technology initiatives that enhance sourcing strategy, process optimization, and data-informed recruiting practices. Erin is known for disciplined execution and building long-term, trust-based partnerships within the financial services community.
She earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University.
