Toby leads the strategic direction and growth of Connect Search across its Contract, Direct Hire, and Executive Recruitment divisions. He focuses on expanding the firm’s market presence, strengthening long-term client partnerships, and ensuring consistent execution across offices and practice areas.
With experience across Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Investment Management, and related financial functions, Toby works closely with leadership teams to position Connect Search as a trusted talent partner in competitive markets.
He earned his B.S. in Computer Information Services from Indiana University, with a focus in Finance & Accounting.
