Tom leads the firm’s contract staffing platform and broader growth initiatives as Chief Development Officer and President of Contract. He is responsible for expanding market presence, developing high-performing teams, and strengthening client partnerships across regions and practice areas.

In addition to overseeing the contract division’s strategy and execution, Tom has played a key role in launching new offices and scaling operations into additional markets. His leadership focuses on disciplined growth, operational consistency, and long-term relationship development.

He earned his B.S. in Marketing with a minor in Finance from the University of Scranton.
