Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: St. Louis, MO (Onsite)

Compensation: $24–$27/hour

Overview

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support day-to-day AP operations. This role offers the opportunity to take on additional accounting responsibilities as you grow within the position.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and vendor payments.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records.
• Follow established AP policies and procedures.
• Support payment batches and vendor inquiries.
• Assist with additional accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Accounts payable experience.
• ERP experience, ideally NetSuite.
• Basic Excel skills, including formulas, sorting, and filtering.
• Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
• Eligible to work with organizations where Medicare and Medicaid are payers.
