Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Chicago Loop (onsite)
Hourly: $26-30 hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: M-F 9am-5pm
Benefits: For eligible employees we offer medical, dental, vision, and 401K

Job Description:

  • Processing a high volume of AP invoices
  • Processing expense reports
  • Input invoices into GL or ERP system
  • Audit receipts and supporting documents
  • Vendor communication

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
  • Expense Reporting experience
