Job Title: Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist
Pay: $25-29/hour (40 hours/week + OT eligible, based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage business-to-business (B2B) collections for a high-volume portfolio of customer accounts

• Contact customers via phone and email to collect outstanding balances and resolve payment issues

• Monitor aging reports and prioritize delinquent accounts to reduce DSO

• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, short pays, deductions, and unapplied cash

• Apply customer payments accurately and timely

• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate account variances

• Prepare AR aging reports and collection status updates

• Assist with month-end close by reconciling AR-related accounts
