Key Responsibilities:

• Process and apply incoming ACH payments from banking portals
• Manage Lockbox or online payment systems
• Match payments to customer invoices
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Maintain accurate customer account records

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-volume environment
• Comfortable learning ERP systems and financial software
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
