Pay: $27-30/hour (40 hours/week + OT eligible)
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Location: Onsite – Manufacturing/Office Environment
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Position Overview
The Quality Records Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining quality and operational records throughout their lifecycle. This role supports manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams by ensuring documentation is accurate, accessible, secure, and compliant with internal and external requirements.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated—someone who can work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
Work Environment
- Onsite role in a professional manufacturing/office setting
- Collaborative yet focused work environment
- Primarily seated work with occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Regular use of computers, scanners, and office equipment
Key Responsibilities
Quality Records & Document Control
- Maintain and update the Quality Master Document List
- Classify, index, archive, and dispose of records according to company policies and quality standards
- Scan, upload, and manage records within electronic document control systems
- Ensure confidentiality, data integrity, and secure storage of sensitive information
- Assemble documentation packages and data books as required
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring records are complete, accurate, and easily retrievable
Cross-Functional Support
- Manage documentation requests from internal teams and external partners
- Train employees on accessing and using quality records and systems
- Support Quality Management System (QMS) initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests as needed
Systems & Tools
- Utilize Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, and MRP systems. SAP preferred
- Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing multiple priorities
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of related experience in records management, quality, or administrative support
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with document control systems and ERP/MRP platforms a plus
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in a manufacturing or quality-regulated environment preferred
