Accounting Specialist

I am looking to hire a full-time AP/Accounting Specialist for reputable manufacturing company here in Racine, WI (53404). This role will be permanent with benefits and is looking to interview/start immediately.

Pay: $60-$65k (based on experience) & Benefits & Profit Sharing
Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401k, Tuition, PTO, Holidays, etc.
Schedule: 1st shift, M-F
Remote: Yes, 2-days remote once fully trained 

Job Responsibilities:

  • 3+ years of AP foundation + month-end experience
  • Maintain vendor master data and ensure vendor records are accurate
  • Reconcile AP subledger to general ledger
  • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end
  • Automation/process improvement experience 
  • Driven and ambition, someone who wants to grow 
  • Strong excel and ERP system skills 
  • Must Have- Associate Degree +
