Corporate Finance Associate

 Location: Midland, TX preferred
Also open to candidates based in Dallas or Houston with regular travel to Midland

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Finance Associate to support strategic and financial initiatives across a fast-growing business operating in an emerging industry segment. This role will work closely with senior leadership, including executive management and the Board of Directors, and offers significant exposure to high-impact decision-making and corporate growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making

• Perform financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modeling

• Support financing activities and corporate development initiatives

• Assist with preparation of executive presentations and board materials

• Analyze business performance and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities

• Partner cross-functionally with leadership to support operational and strategic objectives

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or related fields

• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills

• Self-starter mentality with intellectual curiosity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
