HYBRID Inside Sales Representative 
Location: Based out of Northbrook, IL 
Hours: M-F 8:00-5:00
Pay: 25-31hr

Key Responsibilities:

Managed sales relationships with hotel clients (Hyatt, Hilton, and independent operators), focusing on procurement efficiency and contract compliance.

Acted as a trusted liaison between hotel management companies and vendors using Avendra, ensuring purchasing compliance and maximizing client eligibility for rebates and discounts.

Educated clients on the strategic use of Avendra to access negotiated pricing, including reduced FedEx shipping rates and preferred supplier agreements.

Supported operational alignment by helping hotels stay compliant with Avendra’s procurement standards.

Delivered insights to clients on cost-saving opportunities via signed vendor contracts and supply chain optimization.

Tools & Platforms:

Avendra – Vendor management & procurement compliance

HubSpot CRM – Lead tracking, pipeline management, customer outreach

FedEx Ship Manager – Understanding of integration with Avendra shipping rates

Nice to Have / Bonus Experience:

Sales or account management in the healthcare industry

Prior experience working with or selling into Sodexo accounts

Familiarity with B2B contract negotiations in regulated industries
