I am looking to hire a full-time Plant Controller for a reputable manufacturing company here in Oak Creek, WI (53154). This role will be permanent with benefits and is looking to interview/start immediately.

Pay: $115,000 – $130,000 (based on experience) & Benefits
Bonus: 15% target bonus

Schedule: 1^st shift, M-F
Remote: Mostly onsite, but some flexibility  

Responsibilities:

• Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies
• Monitoring and enforcing internal controls
• Prepare financial and capital budgets by creating and updating financial schedules, collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data, and providing financial recommendations
• Achieves budget objectives by analyzing and reporting on variances
• Responsible for tracking and monitoring financial results from Procurement and CI led initiatives, and other plant profitability initiatives identified through the company’s budgeting, S&OP
• Travel required- Specifically, but not limited to local, domestic and onternational within North America for training and company business as required

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing industry (or public with mfg clients)
• Ability to analyze data and prepare financial reports
• Strong communication skills
