Title: Senior Accountant
Pay: $40-45 an hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and adjusting entries.
• Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts and ensure transactions are properly recorded and supported.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.
• Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including reviewing transactions for accuracy and proper accounting treatment.
